Amy York, PA-C
Amy is originally from Maine. She received her bachelors degree in biology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where she lived for six years. She worked at Massachusetts General Hospital doing Phase 1 clinical research in oncology for one year before moving to Atlanta, GA. Amy attended Emory University's Physician Assistant Program graduating in 2006 with a Masters in Medical Science and shortly after she joined the PHOC practice as their Physician Assistant in the Atlanta office.
Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boxers, Izzy and Bo. She loves to cook, watch a good movie, run and almost anything outdoors.
Carolyn Gray
, PA-C, MSHS
Carolyn received her bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in music from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. She is a graduate of The George Washington University Physician Assistant Program with a Masters in Health Sciences. She is a board certified Physician Assistant with ten years of clinical experience.
Carolyn joined the Fayetteville location of PHOC in 2008. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children.
Tammy Rabern MSN, APRN-BC
Tammy joins our Newnan practice with over 21 years of Oncology and Palliative care experience. She completed her Master’s degree as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner at Emory University. She is certified as a Breast Health Specialist and as an Oncology Nurse Specialist through the Oncology Nursing Society. She is active in her community to promote cancer prevention and awareness.
Tammy loves the beach and spends her spare time watching her 15 year old twin boys play football, baseball and golf. She loves to travel, read and spend time with family and friends.
Stephanie Braatz, MSN, NP-C, OCN
A native of Atlanta, Stephanie attended nursing school at North Georgia College. She worked as a registered nurse in various oncology settings, including six years at Peachtree Hematology and Oncology Consultants, prior to earning her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and becoming a nurse practitioner in the Atlanta office. Stephanie is proud to be an Oncology Certified Nurse and is an active member of the Oncology Nursing Society.
Outside of work, she enjoys running, gardening, and cooking.
